My Score products can be edited, revised, or deleted at any time through the assistance of our support team. To edit or delete a composition please email us at myscore@jwpepper.com with the product's title, pepper number, and the following information:
- Title
- Product number
- Brief Description
- Any updated files
Please Note: Typically we’re be able to complete requests within 24 hours or less. Edits to existing products may take up to 10 days to appear online as the changes are made across all of our servers. Please look over the "How Do I Edit My Composition" our "Uploading Sheet Music (Step-by-Step Guide)" articles to ensure that everything is included in your original upload.
If you are logged in to your account, click the edit link located directly below the cover image of the select title to launch an edit form.
From the catalog, tab click “Edit” link under the product cover will automatically launch a new edit form. Composer contact and product details auto-populate the form for quick entry of Contact info, Pepper #, Ticket Type, and Email Subject. Composers can add additional details including descriptions, links, pdfs and screenshots as needed through this form.
You can also send edits and product updates to myscore@jwpepper.com or by clicking the Help button from anywhere in your My Score profile. Please include the Pepper #, Title of your product, and a brief description of your request.
Note: If your edits a full replacement of the product or the uploaded file do not adhear to the accepted file types you may be required to reupload the entire piece.
