My Score products can be edited, revised or deleted at any time through the assistance of our support team.   


To edit or delete a composition please email us at myscore@jwpepper.com with the product's title, pepper number and a brief description. We’ll be able to complete the request within the same business day but our system takes 1-2 business days to refresh completely.  


Also, if you are logged in to your account, you can navigate to the "Catalog" section of your profile and click the edit link located directly below the cover image (shown as a pencil icon) of the select title to launch the edit form.

            


Additionally, you can use the Help widget located on the My Score portal to contact us directly from your account. 


Please ensure that your uploads are as complete as possible before completing the process.  Sometimes, certain edits require a completely fresh upload rather than a request to our support team.  Here are the features of your completed product that you'll want to ensure are included:


  • Web thumbnail (if you have an image, otherwise, a default image will be supplied for you)
  • Cover page (if you have one, please include with your sheet music)
  • Instrumental parts (submitted to the "Sheet Music Upload" section in the uploader)
    • Make sure your part counts are correct as well by checking over your instrumentation
  • Select whether or not you will allow your parts to be sold separately (select "Parts Sold Separately" in the appropriate stage of the uploader)
  • Desired price for your product and parts
  • Wrapper (for concert band, marching band, orchestra, and jazz ensemble sets)
