This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to update your email address associated with your in the My Score portal. If you've forgotten your password, please follow the reset password instructions


You may also email myscore@jwpepper.com with the current email address you use to log in and the new email address you would like it changed to, and our My Score support team will be happy to make the change for you.


Note: You will need to be logged in to your My Score account



To update your account's email address, start by click on the Profile tab in the top navigation.  



Click the edit icon next to your displayed email, located below your name and public-facing profile link.



An edit box will appear with your current email address, to update your email please type in the field a new email address.


Begin typing your new email in the text field where your current email address.



Once your email address has been successfully updated you will be immediately logged out of your My Score profile. You will need to re-login with your new email address. 


An email confirmation will be sent to your new email address and updated in our database for further correspondence.

If the enter an email that is currently in use you will be presented with the following message. Only one email address can be associated with an account. Users with multiple profiles are not able to use the same email address on a different account.

If your email appears to be invalid because of incorrect characters or is missing a full domain you will be requested to reenter the email address. If this issue persists, please call My Score Support at 610.232.1891
