If you have been left in charge of a My Score composer’s account after their passing and you are managing their estate, please take the following steps:

1.    Whether they left you their login information or not, please email us at myscore@jwpepper.com. Notify us of the composer’s passing, preferably with a copy of the death certificate, as to confirm there hasn’t been a breach of security to their account. We can then grant you access to the account or change the login information. 

2.    Once you have access to their account, you can begin managing their account. This would include updating relevant details to their publisher profile, updating products, and uploading unfinished work. Check our Support Page for assistance.

3.    You might like to update the details of their profile, or even their covers and scores, to reflect the current situation.

4.    You should also update the payment method of their account, so that you can begin to receive any payments that are due to be sent. Check our article on How to Change my Payment Options.
