Composers decide their product’s price when they upload their music. On the second page of the uploading process, the ‘Product Info’ page, there will be a data field labeled ‘Retail Price’. Here is where you set the price of your product in U.S. dollars. This will be the cost of the score plus all the instrumental parts provided in the upload.

My Score composers currently cannot change the price to a product themselves once it has been submitted. Composers will need the assistance of the My Score Support Team to change the price of a product.

To ask for assistance changing the price of a product from your catalog:

1. Log into your My Score account and select the ‘Catalog’ tab from the top menu.

2. Locate the product you would like to change the price of and click the ‘Edit’ button.

3. Clicking the ‘Edit’ button will bring up a small window to request an edit to this specific product. You can use this form to submit a request to our support team to change its price.

4. Type in the description box the details of your request.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and click the yellow ‘Send’ button below to submit the request.

Alternatively, you can email the My Score Support team at myscore@jwpepper.com to request a product’s price change. If you email us directly, please be sure to include the product’s name and ID number with your request. This method may be easier if you are looking to change the prices of multiple products at once.
