With the launch of our new website, we have merged the My Score login with the J.W. Pepper customer account login.  This means that there is a new webpage and process for signing into not only your My Score profile, but your customer profile that will be created when you use our single sign-on process.  This change streamlines your access to both services under a single account.


When you access the My Score landing page at jwpepper.com/myscore, you will be brought to this landing page:


You will want to click "Login" at the top of this page which will bring you to this login page:



Here, you will want to fill in your My Score login credentials just as you would before to access your My Score profile.  If you have any difficulty in signing in, please go through the following steps:

  1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password by getting a verification code via email. 
  2. If resetting your password gives you an error message and your email could not be found, it means that you did not have a customer account before.  Please click the "Sign up now" link at the bottom of the log in page to create a J.W. Pepper account that will automatically sync with your My Score account.  Be sure to use the same credentials that you used to sign in/up for My Score so that your accounts can merge properly.
