When submitting an edit request to update descriptions, prices, or titles of products that are listed in your catalog, we ask that these be typed (or copied/pasted) as text within the format submitted.  


If submitting using the edit function or "Help" widget in your My Score profile, please include your description, price, or title/subtitle update in the "Description" box pictured below:




If submitting via email, this would be the body of your email as opposed to the subject line or in an attachment such as a Microsoft Word document or PDF.  


Please note: If your description, price, or title/subtitle update is submitted within an attachment such as a Word document or PDF or any other format besides what is outlined in this article, we may request that you resubmit your edit to conform to the guidelines written above.
