ACH direct deposit (for royalty payments)
W-9 Form (for composers who are U.S. citizens)
W-8 BEN Form (for international composers living in the United States, non-citizens)
Wire Transfer Form (for composers outside of the United States)
Be sure to select the correct documents based on your location and to keep your documents up to date, especially after changing addresses or banks. If you feel that anything may be outdated or if you are unsure about the documents you have on file, feel free to submit another form and we will add it to our database or update what already exists.
