Why Can't I Feature More Items in My Catalog?

Modified on Tue, Jun 23 at 9:00 AM

Composers on My Score may feature up to a maximum of five works at a time.

Why you may be unable to feature additional works
In some cases, you may be unable to feature additional titles even if fewer than five appear in your catalog. This is caused by a small visual error. The issue occurs when a title is deleted from your catalog before it has been unfeatured. Although the title is no longer visible, it may still be counted as “featured” behind the scenes, causing the system to incorrectly recognize that you have already reached the five-title limit.

How to remove lingering featured titles from your profile
To resolve this, you will need to remove the lingering featured items from your profile. Start by navigating to the “Profile” tab in your My Score profile and removing any items that may still be marked as featured. You can also go to your main “Profile” page and, under the “Featured” section, click the hyphen (“-”) icons beneath each item to remove them.

Once these items are cleared, you should be able to feature new works again, up to the five-title limit. To avoid this issue moving forward, be sure to unfeature a work before deleting it from your catalog.

Please reach out if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you for your patience as we continue improving the My Score experience for composers.
